For accounting practices
One practice account for your client work
A practice can bring its team together in one account and work across linked client companies. Each client keeps its own books and owner, and the link can be ended.
- 01
A separate practice account
Give colleagues their own practice seats. Staff work through the practice account across linked clients rather than joining each client company account separately.
- 02
Administrators keep the team in order
Practice administrators manage staff seats and client links. More than one person can work from the same practice account, while each entry remains attributed to the person who posted it.
- 03
The client stays in control
The company keeps its own owner and books. An accountant can use its practice seat to work in the linked company without becoming its owner.
- 04
Ending access does not erase the books
The client owner or the practice can end their link. The client books keep the entries and the record of who posted them; ending access does not erase the work.
- 05
Through an AI assistant as well
Practice staff can also connect Kept's MCP server to an AI assistant such as Claude. The assistant sees every client company their sign-in can open.
One practice, many clients
Every entry keeps the name of who posted it.
Your team works across client books from one practice account. Each entry shows who posted it and when. If a link ends, the client keeps the books and that record.
