VAT

A VAT return you can trace back to your books

Your VAT 201 return (the UAE VAT return form) is filled in from your books, not typed into a separate form. Look at what is behind it and check that it agrees with your books before you file it yourself.

01

Filled in from your books

Kept produces the return from your records. Nobody types the figures into a separate form.

02

See what is behind every box

Open any box to see the entries that make up its figure. Follow any amount back to the document it came from.

03

Check it before you file

Check that the return agrees with your books and review it before you submit it to the FTA (Federal Tax Authority). Kept does not submit the return for you.

04

Filed figures stay fixed

Once you mark the return as filed, Kept freezes its figures with a digital fingerprint (a hash) and locks the period. A correction leaves a visible record. It does not change what was filed.

Stop typing in receipts. Start checking them.

Kept is launching soon in the UAE. Leave your name and email and we will write to you before it opens.

We use your email only to write to you about Kept.
